Selling your property has 4 simple stages.

Stage 1

What is your property worth

Your personal agent will meet you to discuss how we value your property based on the current marketplace conditions. Remember that you will always have the final say.

Stage 2

Documentation

Have copies available of all documentation. More often than not, your lawyer, used for the purchase of your property, will have these documents. Simply provide us with their contact details and we will take care of the rest.

Stage 3

Marketing your property.

Your personal agent will take high quality photographs of your property and create an informative and alluring description to attract your buyer.

Stage 4

Moving forward with your sale.

Now we have found your buyer, they will pay a reservation deposit to then take your property off the market. This nonrefundable deposit will state the dates that we have agreed with your buyer to move forward to the PPC (private purchase contract). Upon signing the PPC you will then receive 10% of the agreed sales price, and confirm your completion date.

We would recommend that before signing any legal documents you provide us with your current lawyers contact details. We will then send everything to them directly to check over for your peace of mind.

If you have not already chosen a lawyer then we can personally recommend Simon James Ellison. They can arrange a meeting with you or help with any questions by phone or electronic mail. Your WH properties agent can give you an approximation of the costs of selling your property, however we advise you to contact your lawyer for an exact calculation of your property's sale.
