This traditional country house is located in the area of Mazmullar, 10 minutes from the village of Comares and 1 hour drive to the coast. The house needs a reform but it has kept all the traditional features so it will make a very nice project. The house comprises a living room with a fireplace, bathroom, a kitchen and several rooms that could be distributed in many different ways to make the 3 bedrooms. The access is directly from a quiet road and it is not far from amenities. The plot of land has many fruit trees and even though is on a slope, it has several very useful terraces.
