This lovely semi-detached countryside house is located on the road between the villages of Benamargosa and Riogordo in a little quiet little hamlet and only around 35 minutes drive to the coast.

It is the corner house in a small collection of houses and it has a large plot of land in front of it including a water reservoir that could be easily converted into a plunge pool.

The main house has a living room with fireplace downstairs along with a separate kitchen. Upstairs there are the 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a storage room.

Outside and right opposite the house, there is another building with a large shed and a terrace with BBQ and lovely views over the land and the countryside.

Land is very private and full of fruit trees such as mango, avocado, plums, pear, orange, clementine.
